The extended cold weather, the school’s winter break, and the much awaited weekend… there’s definitely no excuse not to go out and explore Qatar’s family oriented events.
We went to Magical Festival Village in Katara and were very surprised that it was beautiful, festive, big, and has so many things to offer families and visitors of all ages.

Retail shops are located right at the entrance and each clusters are creatively decorated to make it very festive and colorful.

After the retail section is the food and entertainment area with open air dining plaza surrounding the big fountain at the center. There’s also a special lane of shops for ladies’ clothings near the carnival area.
It’s definitely a good place for kids to enjoy and my daughter especially liked the carousel ride which i fondly recorded in hyperloop.
And most especially, it’s never complete without the food. We are definitely coming back to try more options available at the park. But since we can only have so much, here are some of the food that we’ve tried so far.
We were told that the Magical Festival Village will stay until April of this year. And that’s more than enough time not to miss this one happy place.
