Get your Affordable Travel Accommodations via Airbnb

I started traveling using Airbnb when i was planning to lease-out my condominium few years back. To complement all the information i gathered from reading its terms and conditions, i even went to try it out during our trip to Japan that same year. True enough, we’ve experienced the many advantages of using Airbnb instead of the usual hotels that we are booking during our travels.

During my #vacation2017, I was able to avail of my Airbnb at the very gorgeous – The Venice Luxury Residences located at Mckinley Hill in Taguig. Our Korean host was very prompt and accommodating during the reservation stage. The very spacious studio unit located at the 15th floor of Emanuele Tower have a great view overlooking the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Lastly, it has all the things that travelers usually need, and more. There’s even a washing machine, microwave oven, water heater, hair blower and flat iron that i didn’t use since I’m only staying for 3 days and i am usually outside exploring the area.

Additionally, the location of the condo is an added advantage that could help in choosing an accommodation. Since my Airbnb is located right within the popular Venice Grand Canal Mall and nearby attractions within McKinley Hill, restaurants, shops and other interesting places are just within reach.

How To Get your Affordable Travel Accommodations via Airbnb?

This is no longer a secret if you are following my blog posts. All my personal connections (friends, social media followers and subscribers) may sign up for Airbnb and get ₱1,247 off your first adventure of approximately ₱3,746 or more (currency applies in your own country).

Make sure to read the terms and conditions before making the booking. “Travel Credits will automatically appear as Travel Credit on the checkout page, and must be used on a reservation within one year from the date they are issued. After one year, the Travel Credits will expire”. And this prompted me to used the travel credit during this vacation.

Aside from the initial discount, you may also share your own referral link to your own personal connections (see Terms and Conditions) to get further travel credits which you can all use in the future.

In my case, I was able to generate few travel credits that I used to reserve the above luxurious condo for 3 days. The minimal balance to my Airbnb bill was definitely a great savings to my total travel expenses.

Airbnb is not a Hotel

Airbnb properties are personal spaces/units being offered for rent to travelers on a daily or long-term basis. It has the basic facilities same as the hotel but it don’t have the additional services like concierge, 24-hour check-in, and breakfast/in-house restaurant. However, they have advantages in terms of price, not strict with number of occupants, some of the places like Mckinley Hill don’t have available hotels nearby.

The next time you travel, you might want to consider trying Airbnb and even use your travel credits to pay your bill just like what i did this summer.
