It’s another food blog this weekend. This time, upon an invitation from Radisson Blu Hotel Doha to try out their latest dining outlet – The Frying Scotsman Doha.
This new restaurant is offering traditional British fish and chips, pies, a selection of mouthwatering fish main courses, and several beverages. This relaxed, casual dining outlet brings a taste of the UK to Qatar incorporating classic British dishes with the hospitality of the Radisson Blu.
Their website showed a very interesting story about how it all began. Other related blogs also mentioned about “this new fish and chips cart” located in NW Portland. Some would even describe The Frying Scotsman focusing on traditional British-style fish and chips with the owner and head chef James, who was born and raised outside of Glasgow and moved to Portland with his family during that time. People are giving this food cart a rave review, with most of them saying nice things about it. “Tried it and REALLY liked it…it was really great especially for a cart and for what he was charging” – said one satisfied customer. The Frying Scotsman Doha
Owing to the thriving food concepts in Qatar, The Frying Scotsman Doha (located at the Ground Floor of Radisson Blu Hotel Doha) is surely a welcome addition.
This fish and chips outlet is located in the East Wing of the hotel (the one directly fronting the big open parking space) and is open daily from 17:00 – 23:00. Lastly, the Frying Scotsman Doha is proud to be a non-smoking outlet that is why it is suitable for families with kids too.
