Another food festival has recently opened in Doha. Organized by Infinity Marketing Solutions, the BIRYAB FESTIVAL (@biryab_festival) is an 11-day, one of a kind event having the finest restaurants to celebrate the exquisite flavors of biryani and kebab dishes. It showcases the cultural heritage of Indian, Persian & Levant Cuisine.

A festival of tempest flavors from the origins of countries serving soul-haling Biryani and melt-int-the-mouth Kebabs. Enjoy scrumptious Awadhi, Kolkata, Hyderabadi, Ambur, Mumbai, Thallasery and Sindhi Biryanis cooked by renowned restaurants in Qatar. – from the Organizers, Infinity Marketing Solutions

However, due to bad weather conditions (sand storm) that hit the city, the initial opening was pushed to 28th February 2020 to ensure the safety of the public, crew and all the participating establishments.

It is located in Al Bidda Park (Wadi Al Sail South), beside the old Fire Station and Cafe #999. It also has ample underground parking opposite the new Ministry of Interior building near the Civil Defense signal.

The event will also highlight various kinds of biryani and kebab in one location, live cooking performances, and contests, as well as guest tenants and outlets.
