As a continuation of our previous post, I also came across several vloggers here in Qatar and it’s just exciting to collaborate with them in the future and even see variety of creative contents that we can see online. It’s inspiring to learn from them and even see them grow as content creators, most of them having full-time jobs, but they are still able to squeeze-in some of their time to create contents that they also enjoy.

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
With special features like this, I don’t usually inform my listings ahead since I dont want to get the pressure of who to include in the post. I always want to keep it random which is not about the type of content, neither the subscriber count. But as an exception, I sent out messages to most of those in the list just to get more details about their channels. I would have wanted to sitdown with them for a brief discussion but our current situation won’t allow it. But… maybe a CONTENT CREATORS MEET UP soon can be a good idea.
First to respond to our invitation is a new vlogger JHEM MALONZO whose channel is about travel, lifestyle, tips on how to become a flight Attendant / OFW. In addition, he said he is also doing food vlogs in Qatar. “My vlog started in January 2019 when my friend and I went to Mall of Qatar and decided to film it using my mobile phone camera. Then I uploaded it on YouTube until madami na nag advice na gumawa ako ng vlogs at Youtube channel… hanggang nag tuloy tuloy na po sya.”
We also spoke to the creators behind CARGIE VLOGS, sisters MariCAR and MarGIE, and they shared to us the contents that they are doing on their channel. “Wala po kaming (specific na type of) content, pero dahil sa pandemic at hindi kami makalabas… more on cooking videos po ang inaupload namin. Meron din kami mukbang, (mga iba’t-ibang) challenges… (and more of) family vlogs po.” They started in June 2019 and because they are fond of watching vlogs, especially from the Philippines, they got inspired when they visited TAYTAY TIANGGE and they did their first vlog: TAYTAY HAUL TRY ON 2019 – QATAR OFW | CarGieVlog#1
We also had a chat with CHA RISEE and her channel is about lifestyle, information about Qatar and some informative contents. She shared, “I started vlogging 2 years ago, una sa reason nun is I really love editing videos since then tapos nasaktuhan pa na andito sa qatar na wala masyadong gagawin after work ganun. Second thing is, gusto kong makatulong sa ibang pinoy to know more about Qatar, help them in pursuing their dreams to become an OFW. Mga ganung bagay po.”
Lastly, we have our mom-vlogger, Therese of MOMMANURTURES. She said she uses social media to spread hope and positivity to empower fellow moms in their motherhood journey and personal growth. She creates YouTube videos regarding mom life in a mission to bring back authenticity in our social media feeds. She also said, she wanted to reach out to fellow moms who might be undergoing the same experience and let them know that they’re not alone in their journey. He current has a Livestream series airing in her channel at 10AM Qatar time every Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Please show your support by subscribing to their channels and giving them encouragement through your comments on their videos. It will surely motivate them to continue doing great works in the future!
