KULINARYA QATAR 2022 IS BACK with their Food, Culture and Trade Festival this October!

After more than two years, the events of the Filipino community in Qatar is set for a vibrant comeback! Spearheaded by Kulinarya Qatar and its affiliate organizations, a Food, Culture, and Trade Festival will be held at Sapphire Plaza Hotel Ballroom (Bin Mahmoud near Al Rayyan Road) on the 20th & 21st of October 2022 in collaboration with the Philippine Embassy in Qatar.

The much anticipated festivities will feature various stalls for food and other products from the Philippines, talent contests and performances from the community members, a pageant for the little ones, and a Grand Santacruzan (a Philippine parade tradition held on the last day of the Flores de Mayo).

As early as the middle of September, a teaser poster was already released to inform the community of the upcoming event by KULINARYA QATAR.

This will surely be a great event for families and the whole community that will not only showcase the Philippines’ rich tradition but will also be a venue to reestablish connection with everyone who were separated and disrupted by the global pandemic.

The festival dances that are characterized by their exuberant energy and colorful costumes plus delicious cuisines and delicacies are but some of the sights to behold. KULINARYA QATAR, through its upcoming event in October 20-21, is set to embark on another mission to promote the Filipino culture in Qatar and reestablish the image of the Filipinos as one of the most active and joyful group in the community!

2018 – Kulinarya Qatar 2018 – Family Day at Qatar Sports Club

2019 – 5th Eid Al Fitr Family Day in Celebration of the 121at Philippine Independence Day – Qatar Foundation (June) – HBKU Student Center, Qatar Foundation

2020 – 2021 – all public events are cancelled due to the pandemic
