Exactly 4 months after I joined HOUSE OF FRANCHISE and JC PREMIERE on 21st July 2023, I earned my first 100,000 peso online income – excluding offline direct sales and reseller sales from Siomai King products, direct selling of Barley products, as well as consignment profit from my partner establishments in Qatar.
WHAT IS MY SIDE-BUSINESS?
Basically, I am an online franchisee of House of Franchise, Toktok, and JC Premiere: three businesses in-one, purely owned by Filipino business tycoons: Mr. Jonathan So and Mr. Carl Macadangdang.
Upon inquiring on my friend’s Facebook post, she introduced the business to me and I was instantly fascinated with the concept of Siomai King. During that time, I was also looking for a new opportunity after my short stint in e-commerce doing dropshipping in Lazada and Shopee – which has also seen its profitable months during the height of pandemic but has slowly gone down when people’s activities came back to normal. I was even about to venture into another food franchise business but it was hard for me to get a good location for it.
And so when I saw that HOUSE OF FRANCHISE already have some pre-approved locations, I was immediately drawn to the business. And for a starting capital of Php288,888 I can choose from these first 4 food concepts, and Php498,888 for the last 2 concepts:
However, upon careful analysis on the food cart business setup, I came to realize that it might be difficult for me, as an OFW, to manage the operation virtually unlike in my previous dropshipping business that’s purely online. But when they discussed about the online feature of the business, that’s when it started to get even more exciting. For a starting capital of only Php17,888, I was given a chance to start three online businesses:

Each online shop can supply different products and services not only nationwide but also globally. Buyers can purchase online, the company will deliver the orders, and our income will just be credited to our online portal – the same concept as dropshipping that’s why it became even more appealing to me. IT IS SO EASY and VERY CONVENIENT that even full-time employees in the Philippines or overseas can do this!
SO HOW CAN WE EARN THROUGH THIS BUSINESS?
Having a fixed income is good, but having a second stream of income is better. Oftentimes, our main income from salaries are the ones we use to pay for our basic needs like food, school tuition fees, house rents, groceries, and utilities – if it’s even enough. However, an extra income can help you pay for your secondary needs like shopping, travel, and even other investments.
With HOUSE OF FRANCHISE and JC, earning is easy since we have three businesses running simultaneously. But it require preparations, trainings, and coaching for you to become ready for this business.
For example, your Siomai King Online and Community Franchise can give you an earning of as much as P15,000-20,000 per month! For our latest product called SIOMAI KING SULIT PACK Longganisa Siomai that costs Ph148/pack, the franchisee income is 20% (which is Php29.60/pack). If you will sell 10 packs online and 10 packs on-hand (either in your own home or delivery to your officemates), Php29.60 x 20 = 592 pesos/day – that’s almost the same as the daily minimum salary in the Philippines. In a month, you could earn as much as Php17,760! It could be more when you sell other frozen products like Pork Siomai (Php171/pack) or Noodle House, Boy Bondat, and Mang Boks products.
With Toktok, everytime someone will use your unique referral code, you will instantly earn 3% for every successful transactions on Toktok delivery, Toktok load, Toktok Food, Totok Mall, etc.
While food franchise can give you a standard income of 20%, the essential business of JC PREMIERE can give you 40% to as much as 60% income! An online order of JC Organic Barley that costs Php1,200/box will already give you an income of Php480. If you have 10 buyers online and offline, that’s around Php4,800/day or Php144,000/month! Aside from direct selling, you can also earn from consignment, resellers, and other marketing activities that you can discuss with your coaches and mentors.
When you compute all these, your online business can give you an earning of more than 100,000 per month!
